I would suggest a Public Health Exhibition on a mall scale

illustrating all three problems.

If you needed expert propaganda help, it dould be obtained from

Dr. Peter, 4 Quisan Gardens, Shanghai, who is thoroughly experience in

public health work among the Chinese.

The National Council for ombating Venereal Diseases have just

started two exhibitions, and if desired, sould probably complete a

ansll one for the use of the Colony at no very great expense,

Such exhibitions include posters, charts, diagrame, automatic

films, but do not include models of pathological conditions.
